Yes, additional charges include registration fees, RTO charges, insurance, and optional accessories or services.
Yes, you can reserve your bike by paying a booking amount, which will be adjusted in the final payment.
The full payment must be made within 6 days from the confirmation date received by Showroom to confirm your order.
Yes, we provide a detailed receipt for every payment made, including booking, down payments, and full settlements.

Refund Process FAQs

Refunds on cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. A cancellation fee may apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after cancellation is confirmed.
The refund of the booking amount depends on the stage of order processing. Please refer to our cancellation terms for detailed information.
Yes, you can transfer your booking amount to another model, subject to availability and price adjustments.
In case your loan application is rejected, the booking amount will be refunded after deducting any applicable processing fees.
Refunds for accessories or add-ons are only applicable if the items are unused and returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Registration and insurance charges are non-refundable once the process is initiated, as these are third-party payments.
You can request a refund by contacting our dealership with your booking ID, payment proof, cancellation reason, KYC and cancel cheque. Our team will guide you through the process.
